Please be advised that the Fairwinds Office is not a leasing office, and therefore no requests will considered or accepted by non-unit owners.  If you are a tenant, please contact your landlord for assistance.

All requests and complaints must be in writing and submitted by the unit owners in order to be considered.

Property Management / On Site Office Coverage:

We are pleased to have Tidewater Management continue to provide coverage 24 hours / 7 days a week.

  • The Fairwinds office will be open Wednesdays 12:30-4:30 pm AND by appointment
  • We welcome April Gormley, on-site manager. In addition to 24 hour coverage, April will be on site 20 hours a week.
  • Our regional manager is Matthew Merckel, CMCA, AMS (Ph: 443-548-0191)

  • Meeting minutes are available for viewing for free by Fairwinds owners by appointment.
  • Electronic copies will be made available to all unit owners upon written request at no charge.
  • Paper copies will require a charge to cover paper and  copying costs.
