Emergency Contacts – Keys
- Emergency Contacts – If you have not done so within the past few months, check with the Association Office to make sure that valid emergency contact information is on file for you. Accurate information is the only way to ensure that the proper person/people are contacted in the event an emergency occurs.
- Keys – Make sure you have a working unit key on file at the Association Office. We use this only in case of emergencies and the current Fairwinds policy requires that a working key be on file for every unit. If we need to access your unit because of an emergency and there is no working key on file, the Association has no responsibility or liability for any damages that may occur.
