Welcome

Welcome to Fairwinds!  Condominium ownership may be a new experience for many of you.  This website is designed to explain some of the general aspects of living in a condominium and the particular policies, rules and regulations, which apply to all Fairwinds residents, both owners and tenants.

We believe that this site will answer some of the questions you may have regarding condominium living and help you to understand rules and regulations that have been established to maintain Fairwinds property values and the pleasant lifestyle of condominium living.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the Association Office at 212 Victor Parkway, 410-267-0566, or to write to the Board of Directors at the same address if you have any additional questions or comments.  We welcome your attendance at the monthly meetings of the Board of Directors, which are held in the Association Office on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, at 7:00 p.m.

So — welcome aboard, neighbor!  We hope you will enjoy Fairwinds and the many advantages of condominium living.

Neighborhood Watch:

We are looking into re-establishing our Neighborhood Watch program.  If you are interested in participating, please contact the Fairwinds office at 410-267-0566.

Safety and Security Tips:

  • Please practice the following:
  • Lock and secure your windows
  • Lock and secure your doors
  • Lock your cars – don’t leave valuables in your cars or on your window sills (especially in plain view)
  • Be aware of your surroundings
  • Report all suspicious activity to the police
  • Dial 911 if it is an emergency
  • Dial 410-268-4141 for other suspicious activity

Report to the police first and then to the Fairwinds Office -410-267-0566 (8-5 Monday through Friday) or the emergency number—410-377-1605 (after office hours, Sat/Sunday/Holidays)

Don’t confront intruders, your safety is more important than your belongings

Meetings:
Fairwinds Monthly Board Meetings and Committee Meetings will take place at the Fairwinds community office (212 Victor Parkway) on the following days unless otherwise announced:

  • Monthly Board Meetings – 3rd Tuesday of each month (7:00 pm)
  • Covenants Committee Meetings – 2nd Wednesday of each month (7:00 pm)
  • Parking Committee Meetings – 1st Tuesday of each month (7:00 pm)
  • Communications Committee Meetings – 1st Tuesday of each month (following Parking Committee Meeting)
