Welcome to Fairwinds! Condominium ownership may be a new experience for many of you. This website is designed to explain some of the general aspects of living in a condominium and the particular policies, rules and regulations, which apply to all Fairwinds residents, both owners and tenants.
We believe that this site will answer some of the questions you may have regarding condominium living and help you to understand rules and regulations that have been established to maintain Fairwinds property values and the pleasant lifestyle of condominium living.

We are pleased to have Tidewater Management continue to provide coverage 24 hours / 7 days a week.
- The Fairwinds office will be open Wednesdays 12:30-4:30 pm AND by appointment
- We welcome April Gormley, on-site manager. In addition to 24 hour coverage, April will be on site 20 hours a week.

Tennis Court Idea Survey
Last year, Fairwinds Condominums chose to renovate two of its four tennis courts. We will not be renovating the other courts and are soliciting ideas for the use of this space (Please note: due to health, safety, and liability concerns, this area will not be turned into a “dog “park”).
